REFOŠK VINAGRA
Intensive ruby red colour with violet touch. On nose prevalent mild forest fruits, cherries, with touch of black pepper. On the pallet harmony of juiciness, complexity, ripe tannins. Full bodied wine.

MUŠKAT SLADKI (SWEET MUSCATO)
Medium expressed yellow colour with touch of green. Intensive aromas reminiscent of fresh Muscat grapes, nut meg, tropical fruits, minerality. Wine showing crispy character, juiciness in good harmony with residual sugar. Full bodied and complex wine.

BRIČ PENINA (SPARKLING WINE)
Shiny bright yellow colour. Intensive aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits, dry flowers combined with bread crust and yeasty aromas. Sparkling wine with fine bubbles, crispy and elegant character.

Secondary fermentation in tanks based on ‘charmat methode’ at temperature of 15 °C. Three months of ageing on lees.

Basic wine aged on lees in stainless still tanks.
PINOT ORANŽ 2018 (MACERATED PINOT GRIGIO)

Vinification
Hand harvested grape. Fermentation of destemmed and crushed grape. Altogether, skins and juice fermented with indigenous and selected yeasts for a period of 7 days. Fermentation was carried out at the temperature 15-25 oC. After pressing grape, fermentation was accomplished in stainless still tank together with malolactic fermentation. After that, wine was put to age in 500L used French oak barrels for 36 months on the leese and without addition of sulphur till the bottling.

Colour: purple with orange/brown hints
Nose: expressed complex aromas reminiscent of ripe red apple, dry cranberries, candied orange peel and hint of smoky notes
Palate: full bodied dry wine. Showing nice round tannin structure that goes well along with feeling of sweetness and nice feeling of juiciness.
MUŠKAT ORANŽ 2018 (MACERATED YELLOW MUSCAT)

Nose: extremly lussious, reminescent of ginger, dry tropical and stone fruit and nutmeg
Palate: full bodied dry wine. Showing nice round tannin structure. Oily texture goes along with well integrated acidity and wide aroma profile.
