REFOŠK VINAGRA

Intensive ruby red colour with violet touch. On nose prevalent mild forest fruits, cherries, with touch of black pepper. On the pallet harmony of juiciness, complexity, ripe tannins. Full bodied wine.

MERLOT

Intensive ruby red colour. On nose prevalent strawberries and blueberries with touch of minerality. On the pallet harmony of juiciness, complexity, ripe and round tannins. Full bodied wine.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Garnet red colour with touch of violet. On nose prevalent black currant, Mediterranean herbs with roasted coffee finish. On the pallet harmony of complexity and medium expressed tannins. Full bodied wine.

MALVAZIJA

Bright yellow colour with touch of green. Intensive aromas of tropical fruits, meadow flowers and touch of roasted almonds and minerality. Full bodied and complex wine.

SLADKI MUŠKAT (SWEET MUSCATO)

 Medium expressed yellow colour with touch of green. Intensive aromas reminiscent of fresh Muscat grapes, nut meg, tropical fruits, minerality. Wine showing crispy character, juiciness in good harmony with residual sugar. Full bodied and complex wine.

PINOT GRIS

Mid intensive yellow colour with slight pink touch. Intensive aromas of red apple,
tropical fruits, herbs. Full bodied, vivid and complex wine.

PENINA (SPARKLING) BRIČ

Shiny bright yellow colour. Intensive aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits, dry flowers combined with bread crust and yeasty aromas. Sparkling wine with fine bubbles, crispy and elegant character.

Vinification

Hand-picked grapes. Pressing of whole bunches and clarification of grape must with sedimentation. Fermentation of basic wine at the temperature of 10-18oC with use of indigenous and selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation in tanks based on ‘charmat methode’ at temperature of 15 °C. Three months of ageing on lees.
