REFOŠK VINAGRA

Intensive ruby red colour. In aroma prevalent mild forest fruits with touch of black olives and dark chocolate. On taste the harmony of juiciness, complexity, ripe medium-expressed tannins. Full-bodied wine.

Vinification

Hand-picked grapes, macerated for two weeks at temperatures up to 30oC, alcoholic fermentation with help of wild and selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation done.

Maturation

One year in used barrique barrels from French oak and one part in stainless still tanks on fine lees.

MALVAZIJA

Bright yellow colour with a touch of green. Intensive aroma of tropical fruits, meadow flowers and a touch of roasted almonds and minerality. Full-bodied and complex wine.

SWEET MUSCAT

Expressive yellow colour with a touch of green. Intensive aroma, reminiscent of fresh Muscat grapes, incense, nutmeg, tropical fruits, minerality. Wine with a distinct freshness, juiciness, harmoniously interwoven with the sweetness of the residual sugar. Full-bodied and complex wine.
